Sovereign Creator Labs (“The Company,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your callers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our AI Voice Receptionist services.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Data: Name, email, business name, payment information.
  • Voice Data: Audio recordings processed via encrypted neural networks solely for service delivery.
  • Transcript Data: AI-generated transcriptions of voice interactions.
  • Caller Data: Phone numbers, appointment details, and information voluntarily provided by callers.
  • Usage Data: Analytics on platform usage, call duration, and feature interaction.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to: deliver and improve our AI voice services; process payments; send appointment confirmations and SMS notifications; comply with legal obligations; and provide customer support. We do not sell user or caller data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Voice recordings are processed via encrypted neural network pipelines and stored on SOC2-compliant Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement strict access controls, regular security audits, and incident response procedures.

5. GDPR Rights (EU/EEA)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure (“right to be forgotten”); restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing. 6. CCPA Rights (California)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to: know what personal information is collected; request deletion of personal information; opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data); and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Users may request deletion of all stored transcripts and audio files at any time.

7. Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to deliver our services:

  • Vapi.ai — Voice AI processing
  • Google Cloud Platform — Infrastructure and compute
  • Supabase — Authentication and database
  • Cal.com — Scheduling integration

All sub-processors are held to equivalent data protection standards.

8. Data Retention

Voice recordings are retained for 90 days unless a longer period is required by law or requested by the client. Transcripts and caller data are retained for the duration of the client's subscription plus 30 days. Clients may request immediate deletion at any time.
