Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sovereign Creator Labs (“The Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Services are provided on a “Sovereign” basis. The Company provides AI Voice Receptionist technology that answers incoming calls, schedules appointments, qualifies leads, and sends automated communications on behalf of the client. Services are delivered via cloud-hosted infrastructure.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Ensuring their use of AI voice technology complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including telemarketing regulations and recording consent laws (e.g., Two-Party Consent states).
• Providing accurate business information for AI persona configuration.
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• Notifying callers that they may be interacting with an AI system where legally required.

4. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed monthly in advance. Overage minutes beyond the plan allocation are billed at $0.15/minute for Starter and $0.10/minute for Professional. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Service Level Agreement

The Company targets 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance. Enterprise clients may negotiate custom SLAs with 99.99% uptime guarantees.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI models, voice synthesis technology, software, and platform code remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Company. Clients retain full ownership of their business data, caller data, and custom configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding any claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the service, including violations of call recording laws or other regulatory requirements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if the client violates these Terms. Upon termination, client data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration.
